Mr. Eramo is an experienced executive with over 30 years of senior leadership in highly successful direct marketing and multi-channel sales distribution companies. Over the course of his career, he has led as Chairman, President, or CEO, or has provided strategic oversight responsibility as an operating partner for, five private equity-backed or closely-held platform investments and has generated substantial returns for investors. Currently, he serves as the President of EramoDirect, a firm he founded that advises and invests in marketing-driven, multi-channel sales distribution companies. EramoDirect focuses on multi-channel sales and marketing strategies, customer acquisition and retention programs, operational best practices, acquisition integration, business intelligence, and freight management and logistics. Through EramoDirect, Mr. Eramo has served as an operating partner and co-investor with Parallel Investment Partners as a part of their successful investments in Quartermaster and Personnel Concepts. He also served as an operating partner for Hinda Incentives, and led the restructuring, repositioning, and successful sale of the company.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Eramo served in several leadership capacities at Executive Greetings, a leader in the business-to-business direct marketing industry of customized promotional and business products. He initially served as EVP, COO, CFO, and Board member while the company was known as the Baldwin Cooke Company, and later as the President and COO after Baldwin Cooke was acquired by Pitney Bowes. Mr. Eramo participated in the management-led buyout of his division from Pitney Bowes in partnership with Butler Capital, wherein the company was renamed Executive Greetings. Under Mr. Eramo’s leadership as Chairman, President, and CEO, Executive Greetings transitioned out of underperforming businesses, became the direct marketing leader in seasonal and everyday greetings cards, completed two dividend recapitalizations, and was successfully sold in 1999. Mr. Eramo started his career as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen and Company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors, from Princeton University, and a Masters of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Michigan.
