James Bradford

Mr. Bradford, Partner of RCG, is a seasoned financial and operating executive with more than 25 years of experience. He serves on the Firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for providing operational and financial leadership to the Firm’s portfolio companies including acquisition diligence, post-acquisition on-boarding and integration, and portfolio company performance improvement activities. Additionally, he has served as an operating advisor, interim executive, and board member for several portfolio companies of Brazos Private Equity Partners and Parallel Investment Partners. Mr. Bradford previously served as a Portfolio CFO for CIC Partners, where he served as an operational advisor, interim manager, and consultant to CIC portfolio companies, focusing on areas such as financial restructuring, business plan development and execution, performance improvement, working capital management, recruitment of financial executives, and preparation of organizations and businesses for exit. Prior to CIC Partners, he was a Senior Vice President of Operations at Accretive Health, a healthcare revenue cycle management company that provided services to hospital systems. Previously, Mr. Bradford was a Managing Director in the restructuring practice at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm that specializes in turnaround, restructuring, performance improvement, and business advisory services. Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ restructuring practice and as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen.

He currently serves on the board of directors of Greenix Pest Control.

Mr. Bradford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
