John Carlyle

Mr. Carlyle is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the industry. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Sheridan Healthcare, a multi-billion dollar provider of healthcare solutions for anesthesiology, emergency department, children’s, and radiology services to physicians, hospitals, and outpatient centers. Prior to Sheridan Healthcare, he was a Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a large revenue cycle management company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carlyle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MAGELLA Healthcare, a provider of neonatology physician services, and Chairman and President of Concentra Managed Care Inc. (formerly, OccuSystems), a market-leading provider of occupational medicine. He has also held various management positions with Medical Care International, Inc., and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Acuity Eyecare Group. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Eagle Hospital Physicians and Odyssey Healthcare. Mr. Carlyle graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
