Satish Dave

Mr. Dave, Managing Director of RCG, is a seasoned IT executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He is responsible for providing information technology and business analytics leadership to the Firm's portfolio companies. His responsibilities also extend to acquisition diligence, post-acquisition on-boarding and integration, and portfolio company performance improvement activities. Prior to RCG, he served as Chief Technology Officer of a Brazos Private Equity Partners portfolio company, Vision Source, a market-leading network of independent optometry practices with over 3,000 locations across all 50 states. Prior to Vision Source, he was Chief Information Officer of eviCore (formerly MedSolutions, Inc.), a leading provider of medical benefits management solutions to managed care and risk-bearing provider organizations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dave served as Executive Director and Chief Information Officer of Appvion, Inc. (formerly Appleton Papers), the largest manufacturer of thermal, carbonless, security, and other specialty coated papers, and Vice President and Divisional Chief Information Officer of Coventry Health Care (formerly Concentra Inc.), a diversified national insurer. He has also held various management positions with GE Insurance, Shop at HomeNetwork, SETA Corporation, and Coal India. 

Mr. Dave earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology – Raipur, a Juris Doctor from Nagpur University, and a Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University.
